What is the ECO 4 Scheme?

The UK government has introduced the ECO4 scheme which provides grants to pay for energy saving home improvements such as:

These measures are designed primarily to increase energy efficiency, reduce fuel poverty and energy costs.

How do I Qualify?

Your property needs to have an Energy Performance Rating of either D, E, F or G. (Our Retrofit assessors will determine your rating when they inspect your property).

You qualify if you receive at least one of the following benefits:

Universal Credit (UC)
Working Tax Credit (WTC)
Income Related Employment & Support allowance (ESA)
Income Support (IS)
Child Tax Credit (CTC)

Housing Benefit
Pension Credit Guarantee
Pension Credit Saving Creditallowance (ESA)
Income based jobseeker’s allowance (JSA)
Child Benefit (Subject to income threshold)

OR

Your household income is less than £31,000 per annum.

OR

Someone in your household has a health problem that is made worse by living in a cold environment, such as respiratory problems, cardiovascular problems, mobility problems, or immune system disorders.
